Terms of service for booking and organizing your event with Sara Event
By using the website saraevent.al or contacting us about our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services.
Sara Event offers event planning and organization services, including weddings, corporate events, birthdays, gender reveals, and bridal dress rental, in Tirana and throughout Albania. The exact details of each service (price, inclusions, timelines) are set individually in the final quote/contract with each client.
Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not constitute a booking or a financial obligation. Any quote sent by Sara Event is informational and subject to confirmation, and may change based on additional details (guest count, date, venue, special requests).
An event is considered booked only once:
The deposit amount, payment method, and deadlines are determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated clearly before confirmation.
Cancellations or date changes should be communicated as soon as possible. The deposit paid may be non-refundable, particularly if the cancellation occurs close to the event date, as this period involves time, resources, and other bookings (e.g. with suppliers) made on the client's behalf. Specific cancellation terms will be part of the contract/quote for each individual event.
Sara Event is committed to providing services with a high level of quality and professionalism. However, we are not liable for delays or changes caused by force majeure (weather conditions, authority decisions, etc.) or by the actions of third parties (suppliers, venues) that are beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to find alternative solutions.
The content of saraevent.al — including text, portfolio photographs, logo, and design — is the property of Sara Event or is used with permission. Copying, reproducing, or commercially using this content without prior written consent is not permitted.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising in connection with them will first be addressed in good faith, and in case of disagreement, referred to the competent Albanian courts.
